Having put all our effort, we have developed Parslogic Contact Center, so that all other Parslogic products are generated as the secondary product from the Contact Center.
Parslogic Contact Center is a modular system which offers Omni-channel customer support, including Phone Call, Email, Fax, Voice message, Website support, Telegram, Text Message and Chat and provides unified messaging.
All users can have access to the system dashboard through a web browser.

Media: other channels than just the phone would be managed by this part.
